The People’s Liberation Army has begun loading operational J-15 carrier-based fighter jets onto the Liaoning, China’s first and only aircraft carrier, reports the Beijing-based Sina Military Network. The first 24 modernized MiG-31BM fighter jets have been delivered to the Russian Armed Forces.
